What is the best kitchen cabinet handles to purchase?
I need to replace my kitchen cabinet handles and hinges. The one that I have know are very old and dirty. When I tried to clean them, the copper came off.
What about the handles made from zinc or solid brass?
Which one is the best?
Please help me because I want to be happy with the best materials.

First you have to find handles and hinges in a style you like. Second, you have to find hardware that fits in the existing holes in your cabinets. Third, you have to consider that you might have to use the same type of hardware that you’re replacing.
Some older kitchen hardware just screws into the doors and drawer faces. And, some hinges are the basic kind that go on the outside of the cabinet doors. Newer, articulated hinges may have to be installed in cutouts in the doors, making it difficult to upgrade to a new style.
If you’re not limited by a certain type of hardware as described above, you can get brass or chrome, brushed or bright, or even antiqued metals of all different styles. Wheatever you think looks best with the rest of your kitchen.
