Change GYM Program to more than 3 days???
I am looking to change up my gym program to more than 3 days a week, because I am not seeing results.
I am trying to get toner and more cut and leaner, but Im already close just not close enough, Im 6 feet 175, but trying to get tighter, would increase my cardio workout to 4 or maybe 5 days a week, show any improvement or would it be unneccasary?
My workout now consists of basically upper body cardio and lower body weights , an overall whole body workout 3 days a week,
How can I change my program to get cutter and tigher, I’ve heard cabling, but I havent really felt comfortable doing cable machines, because I feel I’m not doing them right,
Also are their any advantages to machines versus free weights when it comes to being tighter and leaner, I have always felt smoother and in control by using machines and have stayed away from free weights
Any insight from professionals would be helpful
