Would adding an X-pipe help the sound of my exhaust?
I have a 1996 Chevy k1500 4WD Silverado ext. cab truck with true dual Flo-Pro exhaust kit. I was wondering if adding an X-pipe in front of the mufflers or behind them would help performance or make the sound louder or softer. What I’m basically asking is what is an X-pipe going to do for my truck if I install one on it.
the x-pipe should go in front off the mufflers. It will balance out exhaust pulses which will give your truck an even tone.
