what colors work with sage green carpet?
hi we are buying a new house….it was built in 2005 so it is very new. The walls and trim are white with pewter/silver cabinet pulls and a slate gray fire place mantle. The cabinets are are a medium oak color. The carpet throughout is a light sage green color. What colors compliment the white and sage green? Right now i sort of decorate in country….like navy burgandy and forrest green (this is what my couches are) These in my opinion would look awful in this newer looking home with all the clean lines. I also own quite a bit of items with wrought iron which i think would look nice. BUT i need a sort of color palate that would compliment this carpet color with all the white on the walls. Like a tan couch? White or wood coffee table? HELP! need opinions!
I have sage green in my house, couches are a dark forest green with tan and rusty brown pillows. Bedroom has blues and lavender along with the white. Yellow also goes well.
