On the TSA website what does this mean…?
I’m looking at the TSA website where it states all of the things that you can and cannot bring on an airplane. Under razors it says…. Razor-Type Blades – such as box cutters, utility knives, razor blades not in a cartridge, but excluding safety razors. When they said “but excluding safety razors” do they mean the razors that you shave your legs with? If not then are you aloud to bring those? In your carry on suitcase though not your suitcase you check.
When the TSA refers to safety razors, they are indeed talking about disposable razors that are used for shaving. The TSA allows these types of razors to be carried both in checked luggage and carry-on bags for flights in the US.
