How do you use a retractable utility knife?
On a retractable utility knife, (I think that’s what they’re called) such as this one:

What is the little circle that looks like you could unscrew it with a screwdriver for? Does it like open up the knife or tighten the blade or something?
And if the blade is really wobbly and not tight, how do you tighten it, and if you can’t, is it safe to use it like that or will it fall out or something?

The blades in utility knives are loose and you can not tighten them. The screw is removed so that you can open the handle to change blades. You will also find extra blades are stored in the handle. The blades have 2 cutting ends and when one is dull, just open the handle and swap ends. Be careful and work slowly until you get used to how it is used.
