How does the yoke go into transfer case?
It’s a 4×4 Chevy Cheyenne 1994, I cant get the drive shaft to slip inside of the transfer case, and I’ve had people say oh it should just go right in, or yea it’s hard to get it in, but i’ve got in some what by banging it with a rubber mallet and I probably shouldn’t have, then it just stopped. Any ideas?
I don’t specifically remember the 94 models, but some drivelines have to be clocked. Look at the input and output shafts and see if one spline is wider than the others. If so, you have to align those splines correctly.
