Trick to mixing Whey Protein?
I recently bought a “Whey Cooler” Sports drink mix, where you get 20 grams of protein per drink.. it’s like a powerade kinda thing.
However the directions says add one scoop of the powder into the glass, THEN add water. It says.. not to use in a blender and do not shake in a shaker cup.
However, just mixing it with a spoon is leaving chunks of the powder floating around. Is there any tricks people have to mixing this stuff?
Any help would be great.. thanks!
just get a shaker cup they work with all powdered supplements…
