Strap Clamps

How do you take of the fuel pump clamp on a 2002 Chrysler Voyager Dodge Caravan?

I am tring to replace my fuel pump and I have a shop book for a 2002 Chrysler Voyager and so far i have dropped the tank and disconnected the Fuel filter now I need to remove the clamp that is around the fuel pump. In the Haynes shop book it show a clamp that is different from the one i have. it looks either a thin metal of strong plastic.with small teeth about one inch apart. i have tried a strap wrench and a oil filter wrench but both are to small. its 6 inch across. if anyone knows how to take it off. please help thanks

Either a large ‘channel lock’ plyers or a very, very blunt and large screw driver and a hammer. I have yet to break one and i’ve done plenty. Yes they are plastic. I place the blunt screw driver on a tooth and tap.
I prefer the channel locks. Mine are like 2′ long and open plenty wide to fit around it.
